Superior Performance offers private lessons in most endurance disciplines including swimming, cross-country skiing, cycling, and rowing.   These lessons will evaluate your ability level, and give you strategies and drills to improve your form. Training Log Review

Already know what you need to do? Don't need a training plan? We can review your training log weekly, just like we do for our individualized coaching clients. This way you get the accountability of having someone objective looking at your training and feedback on your workouts.
