Learn to use your swimming skills to stay fit! Swimming is a great, whole-body activity that can be done inside and out! Join coaches Jason Kask and Kristin Riker-Coleman at the UMD Pool to learn how to swim more efficiently and gain fitness from the great sport of swimming. Whether you’re an indoor-only lap swimmer or training for an Ironman, this clinic is for you.
The session will include technique instruction, video analysis, and suggestions on how to create swimming workouts as well as resources for you to continue to improve your skills in the water.
Participants should feel comfortable swimming 100 yards front crawl/freestyle continuously in a pool.
